During our enrollment process, you can select from the following methods: standard switch, self-selected switch, or new service.
Standard Switch: You currently have electric service at this location with another provider in your name and are not under contract. Will occur in 7 days or less.
Self-Selected Switch: You currently have electric service at this location with another provider in your name and would like service to start on a specific date.
You can select same day or next day service depending on your meter technology. Your local utility company will assess a fee for this type of service.
New Service: You currently do not have electric service at this location and would like service to be connected. You can select same day or next day service
depending on your meter technology. Your local utility company will assess a fee for this connection.
During the enrollment process a credit check will be performed to determine if a deposit is necessary. Deposits can be waived under special circumstances
such as victims of domestic violence and individuals over 65 who are not delinquent in payment of their electric service account. You can also bypass the credit check
by providing a letter of credit from your current electric service provider which states you have not been late more than once over the previous consecutive 12 months.
